Who Am I?

I have a degree in Engineering in addition to an unusual development path inspired by my numerous interests and involvements. After a successful 15-year career managing sales teams and distribution networks in Canada, I decided to drop everything and live out my craziest dreams! In 2011, I left for a nine-month trip around the world! I have begun a new career based on my numerous passions and interests by sharing my life experience and lessons learned. My human and humorous approach contributes to improving the quality of life of people, guiding them to reconnect to what they are, in order to achieve their own level of happiness.

During the last 10 years, I took part in international training sessions and seminars, getting my certification to practice coaching-oriented Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). I am presently working as a private therapist while creating my own conferences and seminars abroad on personal development. My different activities lead to discovery of oneself while offering opportunities to take time out to reflect.

My passion for the human being, for setting new targets for oneself, for psychology and travel have brought me to several continents and more than 25 countries. My conferences and seminars are fueled by people I have met from various cultures with a special interest in the mechanics of change, strategies for motivation but especially what differentiates people who are happy. I also communicate my passion for travel in Quebec schools via Les Grands Explorateurs and Les Aventuriers Voyageurs to transmit to our youth my life experience enhanced by travel, curiosity and the accomplishment of my dreams!
